Hall of Infinite Doors
You deliberately shy away from the smoke and begin heading towards the mountains. There are hills of trees, as well as the great snow-capped ones behind, and you can be sure to find a way to survive in the forest.
As you wade and crunch through the bones, a terrible feeling overtakes you. You feel as if you are being hunted. You stop and look around, but you see nothing. No movement. You continue on warily, hoping that the feeling would go away. But it lingers, and then grows stronger. You hear a sound and whip around to meet what you fear, but still see nothing.
You stop and listen. A few minutes pass, and just before you take another step forward, a blood-curling scream sounds and a massive creature erupts up from the bones and lunges at you. All you see are rows and rows of teeth coming towards you, and a gaping maw screaming madly. You dodge the beast and roll away, just barely glimpsing a worm-like creature, vaguely resembling a leech, dive back into the bones and disappear.
You immediately make a mad rush back towards the tree, but you know that it is no use. It is too far.
Sharp needle like teeth clamp down on your leg, and you are pulled under the bones to join the rest.
