Paul's Kingdom
You decide it would be most prudent to spend the entire night in the forest. After all, no one will miss you, and it is late already.
You find a dry area and lay down. The stars really are pretty. However, the darkness is spooky. You've never been one to be afraid of the dark, but how would you know if a bear or a coyote comes on the prowl?
Aw well. That won't happen. You're sure many people have gone at it with no protection before. You're not going to be eaten by a bear.
Eventually you doze off to sleep. You have a couple of dreams; but when you wake up you cannot remember much. You're also faced with another problem.
It is raining. All the water seeps into your clothes and suddenly the world becomes much worse. Your whole body is cold and clammy.
In the dull light of morning you make your way back home.
