Nadine pulled her shoulder length hair up in a bun, she took a glimpse in the mirror well today is a new day… smile Nadine…

She had started a new program at the Beverly Center Hospital to care for the terminally ill.

Nadine sighed heavily as she exited the bathroom fixing her employee badge.

"Hey Nadine I got a new patient for you… Handsome fella" Sarah winked, she was Nadine's best friend a short wild blonde with light blue eyes, she handed her a clipboard with documents.

Nadine stood at the door, for some reason her stomach felt butterflies fluttering around, she took a deep breathe and walked in "Hello how are…you?"

She met the most gorgeous green eyes she had ever seen. "Hello, I'm fine thanks" the response was croaky and low, followed by a weak smile.

"Come to give me another shot, excuse my French but my ass hurts already."

Nadine giggled, "No…uh Scott right? Sorry about the shots…but it's" He nodded "Ok...Nice to meet you my name is Nadine, I will be checking on you this evening so if you need me you can just push this…"
