Only one way out

You run across the jungle floor, using your long arms as forelegs. After a few hours of exploring the jungle, you stop for a rest. A shiver goes down your spine as you hear a growl behind you. You don't even have time to turn your head when something pounces on you. As you feel the weight on top of you, a thought occurs to you about why monkeys live in trees.
