Extend the Story - Add a Room

You swallow hard, choking back tears, and fall to your knees beside your father, not caring that you get splattered with mud. "Daddy... I'm here..." you sob.

Your father's eyes cloud with pain, and he closes them for a moment. "... Please... look... after... your... mother..." he whispers. "... Tell... her... I... love... her, and... I'm... sorry... that... I... can... no... longer... protect... you... and... her..."

You shake your head, trying to place your hand over your father's wound. "You can tell Mummy yourself...!" you protest.

Your father carefully places his hand over yours as you are trying to stop the blood flow. "... Kanaye... will... protect... you... and... your... mother..." he tells you. "... Go... to... him..." Then, his eyes close and his body goes limp.

"Daddy..." you whimper, feeling your heart constrict in your chest. -I *will* avenge your death...- you silently vow, ignoring the rain that is soaking you to your skin and making you shiver.

After quite a while, you hear someone approach. Looking up, you see a young, muscular-looking man with longish black hair walking towards you.

What are you going to do?
