Extend the Story - Add a Room

You take a sip from the red liquid and feel the chemical tingle taunt the interior of your mouth. You down the rest of the vial in one gulp and feel the power begin to pulse through you almost immediately.

As a bit of an expert in genetically altering substances you recognize that this power instilling chemical does little more than trigger your adrenaline. It's a bit primitive as far as these types of things go, but effective none the less.

You draw you knife and turn around in time to face the three remaining coyotes, cutting open the first one's throat as it dives in at you. You halt it's momentum with your arm, and throw it back at it's companions, using it as a canine missile that draws a pain filled yelp from the target. The other coyote runs off.

A bullet whistles past your ear. You can see the rifle bearing man now. He is reloading and walking towards you.
