Extend the Story - Add a Room

Jane limped towards the Lavendar Seller, attracted by the flowers, wondering if she could swap her life.

"Excuse me, miss. We are lost and don't know what to do. Can you help?"

"Gor Blimey, lawks a dove. How can a poor flower seller like me elp two workhus horphans like you?" howled the flower maiden in an inpenetrable accent. "I cud sell you some Lavendar. Two blooms for a penny."

Jane shook her head sadly. Dorothea started in; "Do you know where we can stay? We don't want to go back to the workhouse from which we have escaped."

"Stay? Stay? All I want is a room somewhere, far away from the cold night air. Oh wouldn't that be loverly?" trilled the Lavendar seller. "Me name's Eliza. Pleased to meet you."

Jane nudged Dorothea, and pointed towards a well dressed middle aged gentleman who had been following the conversation. "I wonder what he wants," she whispered
