You go to the kitchen and wonder what you can have. Usually you have an omelette sandwich, but all the eggs are gone now so you find something else.
The cupboard is empty of breakfast food, except for a box of Cream of Wheat. You haven't had that for a long time, so you try to make it.
It takes twenty minutes to prepare and when it is finished looks very tasty.
You start eating the stuff and it tastes great. However, over the years you have developed a deadly allergy to the particular wheat grain found uniquely inside Cream of Wheat.
Your neck and head expand, while air passages to your mouth and nose begin to restrict and eventually close off completely.
You pass out and die quickly.
