The handwriting is so sloppy its hard to read but it appears to be about the mental patient housed in this cell-``Sulivan Bindle``. ``Normally calm but has a tendency towards violence if excited. Symptoms seemed to be rooted in a psychotic break probably caused by some childhood trauma. Doesnt like to be touched.``Underneath this is scrawled in different handwriting ``HES GOT ONE INSIDE HIM!!!!``
