Everything Went Dark

Siera climbed up the ladder that would lead to the loft. She was hoping to stay up there until Elliana's siblings left so she could sneak down. However, Elliana was one step ahead. Siera pulled herself up and closed the hatch. She looked around the tiny loft. Oh no, that's certainly a problem. There was Elliana, holding a gun. She didn't even give Siera a chance to speak. Elliana fired several bullets into Siera. And after falling backwards, Siera stayed alive, half conscious, and stared dizzily at the ceiling above her. Elliana crawled closer to Siera.

Siera didn't feel it, but she heard one more gunshot go off before everything went dark.
