A short door riddle
You start to approach the figure and you notice there's 2 figures, both you had seen before, In the green room, a shadow and a light, both either guarding something or waiting for someOne. You stop when your infront of them, They both turn to you, and start speaking, " Well now, You finally made it, yep we're not 1 person but 2 beings of ying and yang, We controlled this place, And that Eclipse fella back there too. Why you might ask? Well this is a test isn't it? We ran the code, We ran the game, We made the world. And in other words we just couldn't find another person to take it up so we took one. Although he thinks he runs this first layer, In truth he can't see us, take for example when you went up this waterfall, he couldn't find you or hear you or see you. From his perspective you just vanished. That's becuase we're in a place that's out of bounds."
You: Why keep this running?
" Oh you start to speak? Well that's new, It's not often we get to hear you speak..why is that? hmm?"
You:...
" Thats what we thought, You can only speak for yourself for a short time, before your forced to shut up, So..What did you accomplish by getting here?"
You: The truth
" Oh what irony, a twist, a mischief, is that all? You just wanted some truth to all of this? Not to save someone, not to help someone. But just to hear some truth? Man you are cold, but anyways, Who we are we should say names now, don't you think, Moonshadow?"
" I couldn't agree more SolarLight"
" Anyways You got your truth, and we are content with our little game"
*Snap!*
Eclipse is suddenly in the room with you, He can finally see the 2 figures, he speaks, " W-who are you? Whats going on?"
Both laugh, I speak up,
You: Give us an exit
Both stop laughing, Moonshadow sighs, then speaks, " Fine fine, You deserve it afterall"
*Snap!*
With a snap of Moonshadow's finger a door appeared behind us, SolarLight speaks up, " Well this was fun! I hope you come again for round 2"
I gently smile at them then speak,
You: No flippin' way I'm comming back here
Both Solarlight and Moonshadow laugh maniacally, then stop and speak, " That's reasonable. Agreed agreed"
I start to open the door, With Eclipse When I open it I can see my home, On earth, I turn back at the 2, smile and wave bye, They wave goodbye as well
I mutter silently to myself *hope I dont meet them again* Eclipse asks if I said something I say its nothing..Me and Eclipse go through the door, and are at my home, back on earth..
