Everything Went Dark
It was settled: Tatum would sleep outside next. The other two gave Tatum some extra blankets, wished Tatum goodnight, and went to sleep.
The next morning, Tatum was gone. Elliana went outside, claiming to go check on breakfast. Her actual plan was to go get a knife and kill Evie, but then a snowstorm hit. Elliana, along with a few others, were trapped in the cold. The wind was so powerful that they couldn't move. Elliana ended up freezing to death. Evie was stuck in the tent alone.
A week went by. Nothing really happened. Evie was starving. And cold. But mostly starving. When the storm had finally passed, Evie forced herself up. She had to get out and eat something. The sun was shining as she exited. Evie looked around. She was the only survivor out of all her friends. Beating all her friends in this game wasn't the most important thing to Tatum right now. She was feeling dizzy. And sick. Evie swayed for a moment before falling over. She was too weak to stand on her own. Evie needed something to eat. Or maybe it was too late? Yeah. It was definitely too late. Evie clutched her stomach. It really hurt. As she continued to lay there, the snow began to get warm. Even though it was cold outside, the sun still felt nice. Evie was tired. She sighed. Everything went dark...
...For Evie. For Siera, who had somehow survived two storms stuck in some cave nearby, she was doing fine. But she was really confused. She was just sucked here. She had been at REV making some props for drama. She didn't want to end up here. At the moment, she was still in the cave. There was no one around her. She was trying to sleep but then she felt really weird and dizzy. Their vision was replaced with a flurry of bright colors. The portal back to the present! It was open. Not knowing what to do, Siera closed her eyes. All she could see now was the swirling portal. After a minute or so of more bright, flashy colors, she was back at REV. They were in their own clothes again, which was really nice.
She was back at REV. Cool. Siera didn't really know what had happened, but hey! She was back. It was nighttime. Siera decided that she should go home. No more drama props for today. As she was walking off of campus, she saw nine piles of clothing. Siera chose to ignore that and left. It was dark. The light on campus were out. Everything was dark, in fact, everything went dark.
