Everything Went Dark

As Elliana opened the flap of the tent to check outside to see if Addie was out there or not, Evie and Emma had decided that enough was enough. They knew that Elliana would realize who the cannibals were as soon as she saw that Addie was gone. They needed to own up to what they did, even though everyone all kinda thought that this was all fake and their friends would be alive once they returned to REV.
Upon their confession, all three girls felt really weird and dizzy. Their vision was replaced with a flurry of bright colors. The portal back to the present! It was open. Not knowing what to do, Elliana closed her eyes. All she could see now was the swirling portal. After a minute or so of more bright, flashy colors, Elliana was back at REV. She was in her own clothes again, which was really nice.
Elliana looked around for her friends, she only saw Evie and Emma. Where were the others? The other two were looking around so Elliana also looked around some more and then she realized where their other friends were. There were five piles of clothing along with items their friends may have had on them at the time. There was no sign of their friends anywhere else. Evie and Emma had killed their friends. And Elliana was one of the people who ate them.
Elliana was horrified. She had thought this was all fake. As soon as Elliana had seen the clothes, she started to run. She had to get away from the other two. They saw the clothing piles once Elliana was a little ways away. They didn't try to go after her, they stood there at a loss for words. Addie had driven Elliana here, so she couldn't drive away. Instead, she just kept on running. She was so focused on getting away and the thoughts of what had happened were distracting her from paying attention to her surroundings. She went to cross the street and out of the corner of her eye she finally saw the speeding car that wouldn't be able to stop in time. Elliana couldn't get out of the way either. Everything went dark.
