Extend the Story - Add a Room

A New Home in the Country by Prang
You get into your car and head down the road toward the nearby town of Sandy Beach. You wonder why there'd be a town named Sandy Beach in the middle of the plains, but nevertheless that's the town's name.

It's not a very big town, it looks like something that's skipped the last few decades of urban development. An old 50s diner sits at a corner, there's an old church and a few coffee shops.

Most places are closing faster than the sun is setting. There's a phone booth on a corner with the yellow pages inside, hanging from a thin chain.
The phone book isn't going anywhere. You go get something to eat at the diner.
