Addie lifted her hand and waved at the people in the crowd. However, the guards standing on the podium took that as an aggressive sign of sorts. Maybe they assumed it was the New Roman sign? Because of Addie waving, the guards started to fire at her. Addie fell over. She was bleeding immensely. Blood splatters were everywhere. Jack and Jennan were practically covered in Addie's blood. And some of the guards near them also got splattered. Addie was heaving, trying to breath. One of teh guards poked their gun at Addie's head, then decided to fire. Everything went dark.
