Everything Went Dark

Jennan got oddly possessive of the note. How dare that servant want the note. Jennan kept it. She made a point to ignore the servant, even going so far as to speed walk away from them. However, as Jennan was speed walking, she dropped the note. Jennan didn't realize and continued to speed walk away. The servant took that as a signal. They made their way over to the note and bent down to pick it up.

But they never picked it up. The guards weren't idiots. One of the guards saw Jennan drop the note and the servant trying to pick it up. They shot the servant down. Jennan pretended not to notice, which was kind of weird considering that it was literally just her, the now dead servant, and two guards. You would have to be Helen Keller to miss the servant's death. And Jennan was not Helen Keller. After picking up, unfolding, and reading the note, the nodded at the other. One radioed someone, telling them what happened and gave orders to kill the other three in the room. Someone responded back that their food would be poisoned with cyanide, a common way of death nowadays due to Tatum's past murders as a cultist. Once that was over with, the two guards fired dozens of bullets at Jennan. Jennan really needs to get better at note passing. Everything went dark.
