Everything Went Dark
How high of a chance did she have of surviving? Not very high. If she stayed here to shoot this alien monster, Jennan and Elliana could have a chance to survive. The alien had pushed itself up and charged at Jordan. She had ran out of bullets. Jordan frantically reloaded the gun and kept shooting, it was a miracle that spider thing didn't jump at her. After firing a few more times, the creature screeched really loud and holy crap: Jordan killed it!! She went to go get Jennan and Elliana so they could get out of this house. However, its screech had alerted some more monsters. She heard several window smashes in the room Elliana and Jennan were in.
Oh no.
Jordan heard a weird-sounding metal crunch. Elliana started screaming.
Jordan heard a bunch of wood splintering. Elliana stopped screaming. Jordan never heard a sound from Jennan again.
And because the one Jordan killed had screeched near her, the two in the kitchen had crawled into the room Jordan was in. She attempted to fire a few shots at them, maybe she could kill more and help other survivors stay alive. But it only drew them closer to her. By some miracle, Jordan managed to dash past the creatures and into the kitchen. She never heard Jennan scream, maybe she was still alive.
But that was not the case. Jennan was definitely dead. She was practically crushed beneath the splintered table she was hiding under. Elliana wasn't even visible. Jordan could just tell she was dead from the amount of blood dripping from the mangled fridge she hid in. Jordan decided that it would just be better if she could at least to try kill one before she was inevitably killed. She charged back into the other room, firing her gun wildly. Her short reign of terror was ended just as quickly as it had started. One of the alien spiders had gotten close enough, and once Jordan ran out of ammo, the thing chomped down onto her head and tore it right off. Everything went dark.
