Everything Went Dark
If Jordan had some help, she could get out of the guard's grip. It was clear that the guard was trying to ensure that at least one prisoner stayed alive so they could have a proper execution. He ran over and kicked the guard really hard. I mean it probably hurt, but the guard shouted at other guards to fire. Jack knelt down and covered his head with his arms quickly. Bullets came in a flurry towards the three. The guard was, miraculously, the only one who was hit. Jordan manged to wiggle away. She kicked the guard again before scanning the crowd, trying to find a safe route to get out. "I'd say let's just go. We don't have time." Jack said. Jordan agreed. The two leaped off the stage and zip-zagged through the swarm of chaos. Addie's screams could barely be heard over the rest of the gunshots and screams. She must've been shot.
Jack glanced at Jordan to see if she was hurt. He was shocked to see that she was covered in blood. Jordan was fine though, someone had been shot next to her. Jack continued to go onward, pushing a sobbing girl aside. The two were to close to getting out of the crowd. However, they soon found out why the crowd wasn't dispersing. More guards with shields had formed a barricade around everyone. They saw Jack and Jordan and didn't even hesitate to send dozens of bullets into their bodies. As bullets riddled their bodies, they crumbled to the ground. Everything went dark.
