Everything Went Dark
Tatum and Jennan were both dead. Jack was clearly up to something very sinister. She didn't want any part in it. Evie shot awkward finger guns before running towards the platform opening they had entered through. Although this time there was no alien tech to keep her from falling. Jack watched Evie with extreme confusion. He had no clue what she was doing. Evie got closer to the open hatch. Why was it left open anyways? That seems very unsafe, but at the moment it was very convenient. Evie cannon-balled out through the UFO's opening.
A strong gust of wind knocked her away from a straight path to the concrete and instead slammed her into the side of a building where she stuck like old gum. For the two seconds she was alive, Evie felt woozy. She was in major pain. Evie wanted it all to end, which she knew it would. Unfortunately, the end was taking a while. Which wasn't long at all in normal time, just for Evie. She ignored the pain and closed her eyes. She got her wish.
