Extend the Story - Add a Room

~*articulate what forever smoulders*~ by chocolateless
Looking around you, you notice that you room is somehow different, although you can't quite pinpoint why.

You pull yourself off the bed and begin pacing around the room, picking objects up and examining them carefully. As you walk, you begin to discover just what is wrong with your room.

It's not yours. In fact, nothing in here is yours. It almost seems as if someone or something has painstakingly constructed a reproduction of your room. You think to yourself that it would fool anybody. That is, anybody but you. You spend so much of your time in this room, reluctant to spend too much time outside and with few friends anyway, your room has become your sanctuary.

Picking up a note from one of your few friends, a note you remember leaving on your desk just the day before, you notice that the handwriting is just a little different to that of your dear friend, and that whoever created this note, and this room, has corrected the spelling mistakes you remember in the original note.

Puzzled, you begin sorting through more of the objects on the desk. Turning over a neat pile of papers, you notice a small book. You don't recognise the book, but you do admire the fine blue leather binding, wishing this book was yours.
Throw the book at the window.
