To Tell or Not to Tell

We go down to the cafeteria to find Judy stirring the pot of chili with the Rat Poison sitting next to her.
"Judy!" Mr. Cooley says, "Are you poisoning the food?"
She looks over shocked, and tries to make an excuse.
Mr. Cooley calls the police and she is arrested.
