Ghost Pirates of the Sea-erra Madre
You reach out and grab hold of the glowing, glistening, gleaming purple object. It feels warm and soft.
You pull on it and at first nothing budges but then it seems to give way somewhat and starts to come out of the sand.
Suddenly you feel a massive shock go through your body. You've grabbed an electric eel! (No, they're not really purple, but this one has escaped from a secret government lab.) The palm of your glove melts off and your arm goes numb, soon followed by the rest of your body.
The electric shock has left you completely immobile and you float helplessly in the water, slowly sinking down. You think about how much air is in your tank and whether you'll be able to regain movement before you run out. That's when you realize that your sea suit is no longer airtight and your suit is filling with water.
As water begins to fill your helmet you realize you won't have that long to wait after all.
