A Thing
You crouch down, preparing yourself to take flight. Sure, you've never done it before, but who's to say it can't be done now? All you need is determination.
You jump upwards into the sky, flapping your arms like wings in an attempt to master the winds.
And... it works! You're soaring through the air graciously, you've never felt more alive! You pass by birds and skywhales and drones and planes and blimps, waving to all of them as you pass.
Life might finally start to get better, and hey! Look, it's land up ahead! But, just as you are about to reach the land your elytra breaks and you fall and die. Probably should've been paying more attention to that.
