You get a weird vibe from the voice however you accept and make your way down to the town. Like the voice, you get a weird vibe from the town. It seems isolated and a bit sketchy yet you have no choice so you enter in search of the voice. You are approached by a guy almost identical to the zombie you have earlier killed except for the red and white patch on his front pocket.
"Come this way," he says almost as if he was in a rush to help you. You follow the vague footprints left on the dirt roads which winded all the way towards a sleek white building, quite different to the layback, sketchy vibe of the rest of the town. You cautiously keep following and enter a room with a simple bed laying in the middle of the floor. You suddenly feel a sharp pain in your back and instantly fall to the ground. The last thing you remember was being carried into the bed, the needle was an anesthetic and they are now harvesting your organs.
