The Priest and the Cowgirl by KellyDawn
"Hey, priest!" Shay calls to the poor man. "C'mere, I might be the answer to your prayers."

The priest walks over and takes a seat opposite her. "Oh please, ma'am, I was carrying the most precious of cargo. If those thieves sell it or break it, then by God I'm done for!"

Shay put her hands up. "Hold on, priest, what the heck kinda crown jewels are you carrying through this wasteland?"

"It's far more important than the crown jewels, I'm afraid." The priest, though sunburned terribly across his face. "You see, my church put me in charge of...the Holy Grail."

Shay found herself chuckling. "You mean that cup's for real? Well, I'll be, priest. You probably want me to track down the bandits and get you your grail back, eh?"

"It's your duty as a child of God!"
Shay refuses to help the priest.
