One day, you hear a "wocka-wocka-wocka" approaching from the distance. A helicopter got sent to look for survivors, and when it passes your island, it sees the SOS that you wrote when you first landed, hoping that someone will see it and rescue you.

The helicopter finds a safe place to land, picks you up and takes you to safety.
