Extend the Story - Add a Room

The Middle Mary Sue by Twiggy
You stay and rest, admiring the sunset. It's cold, and you put the cloak tighter around you. Somewhere far away, wolves are howling. You shiver in fear, for you are weary, and you cannot summon the strength to fight. So, since you have nothing else to do, and to make yourself stronger, you start to sing. Your voice, clear as crystals, or perhaps silverbells, or maybe the chirpings of nightingales, pours out into the night.

Someone hears you. No, not the wolves. No, not the spiders. Someone else. This is a Mary-Sue story, remember? You see a figure against the night sky. You cannot tell if it is a friendly figure or not. Do you dare to try and talk to it?
