The Secret Triwizard Challenge
The key is deep enough that you can't wade in, so you'll have to swim. You take a few steps into the pool, but something feels wrong. Your legs are weighing you down, as if the water is causing too much resistance to them. Once you are knee-deep in the pool, you can barely move. You look down.
From your knees down, your body has been transfigured to solid silver. You try to pull your right leg up to head back to shore, but you stumble and fall face first into the pool. Your body, now completely silver, falls to the bottom.

You wake up in the hospital wing a few days later and find yourself untransfigured. Yay!
You also find that Professor Dumbledore and your head of house are standing at the end of your cot, furious. Not yay!
You'll take whatever punishment they give you, but for now, you have to live with the fact that you lost the race. YOU LOSE!
