Chalk Girl
You walk up, the only sound is your breath. Your hand closes around the old, rusty gold handle. You fling the door open. You look inside but can’t see anything but darkness. You step in and immediately fall. Falling, falling, your arms flailing and your stomach turning. You shut your eyes tightly. “When will I stop falling?” You wonder to yourself. You feel a hard crash, your ears are ringing but you manage to open your eyes. You are back in reality.
