First off, let's talk about the quirk. Scaling. Right now we can talk about how it would work. Just as one can use scaling to measure size and even strength, this quirk would allow the user the ability to control the scale of either most things, to virtually anything. I'm even considering allowing the ability to make the scaling permanent, given a balancing drawback or not. Probably that they'd have to give up a primary sense for every hour the factors original measurement was increased by 100 percent. For example; If they increased one's strength by 10 times, and want to make it permanent, they would have to give up a primary sense for 10 hours, or 5 hours for two senses and so on and so forth. As for the normal uses, it would work active, meaning they would have to scale it by will and keep it scaled, otherwise it would return to normal. The character can easily do five factors at once and may be able to scale more at a time throughout progress. The limits of which will be decided now. From only physical and measurable, to virtually anything and everything. If the character scales one or more factors too much, they can experience neurological distress. They would also be able to scale it progressively and regressively.
Reasonable. (Most physical factors only, but anyone and anything)
