Extend the Story - Add a Room

Chico Hammitt:[Entering a retail store] Hmmm...Looks like red's in style in this town...

Young girl:[Struggling to reach for a dress out of her reach] It's because of the Strawberry Festival!

CH: Huh?[She sees the young girl struggling] Here![She grabs the dress she's reaching for.]

YG:[Grabbing the dress] Thank you! *Sigh* Shopping would be a lot easier with someone to do it with...Not just for the second opinion...But because I'm still small...

CH: I know what you mean...You think I'd get some help with shopping traveling with two other people...But no...They're off doing their own thing...

YG: Same here...My friend is at the festival right now...Knowing her she's looking for tea to buy...

CH: Hey...I just came up with an idea...

YG: Huh!? What is it?!

CH: Why don't we shop together? Get to know each other!

YG: That's a great idea!

CH: So, you from around here?

YG: Not exactly...I live further up north...You?

CH: South...You live in the Lancaster region?

YG: Close by...A bit further north of Gednuyama...Honestly this is the farthest I ever go from home!...

CH: Same here...I've never been able to really go out and enjoy anywhere outside my hometown...

YG: Really?...Well I've came to Oshibana enough to know it pretty well...I'll show you around the town to shop for the best clothes!

CH: Thank you! I really appreciate it!

[They continue on shopping and chatting. All without knowing eithers names]

YG:[Looking at herself in the mirror] Wow!

CH: See! This indigo dress compliments your brown eyes really well, while contrasting enough from your dark blue hair...

NinjaHound13: Yes. It's Wendy Marvell.

Wendy Marvell: I see!

CH: If not...Some jewelry like a brown garnet should make your eyes pop, and pair it with some warm colors to make it pop even more, while still contrasting with your hair...But if you want to emphasize your hair, wear cool colors instead! Honestly we're kind of polar opposites...Your eyes pair well with warm colors, mine's cool...Your hair pairs well with cool colors, mine's warm...

WM: I see what you mean...So what brings you out to Oshibana?

CH: We're just enjoying the town before we head off on our quest...

WM: Quest?

CH: Yeah...It'll be my first mission I can actually use my magic outside of Magnolia...Thanks to a new member of ours...

WM: Wow! I can't believe I'm meeting another wizard from another guild!

CH: Wait...Another wizard?...Another guild...?

WM: That's right![Showing her guild mark.] I'm a legal wizard too! From Cait's Shelter!

CH: Never heard of it before...

WM:[Nervous giggling] That's because we're a really new guild! And we haven't really done anything yet...

CH: Well...Don't feel too bad...The guy I'm traveling with was from a guild hardly anyone else knew about...But he and another wizard have made quite a name for themselves...

WM: Really? What's their guild called?

CH: Sorciers Sans Frontiéres...

WM: Sorciers Sans Frontiéres?!...What's that mean?

CH: It's french for "Wizards Without Borders"...Apparently they're a roaming guild of wizards...

WM: I didn't know that was allowed...

CH: Me either...

[They continue on with their shopping, but Wendy trips while walking, so Chico gives her a piggy-back ride to the next store.]

WM:[Apologizing] Sorry!...I'm always this clumsy...

CH: It's alright...You sure you're okay?

WM:[Getting off Chico] Yeah...A bit sore...😖...[Wendy's enhanced sense of smell picked up her all too familiar bane, pickled plumes.]

CH:[Worried] Crap! Do you need a doctor?!

WM:[Nodding no with a puckered face] No...I just got a whiff of pickled plums...AND I REALLY DON'T LIKE PICKLED PLUMS!😖

CH:[Holding her nose. Looking to see many rotten fruits, including plums, rotting in a dumpster] I don't think they're pickled...I think they're rotten...

WM: Might as well be...To me they're like the same...

Together: Let's pick another store!

[And so they did]

CH: Oooh! I love the pattern on this one!

WM: Can I ask you something?

CH: Huh? Sure!

WM: What kind of quest are you guys doing?

CH: Well...One of them is supposed to kill a monster of some sort...

WM: It's probably a rabid Koigokkoro Dragon...

CH:[Scared] Dragon?!

WM: Don't worry! They aren't REAL dragons...Whoever named them that just called them dragons...They don't even have any wings!...I honestly call them by their different name...Koigokkoro Monitors...They're usually gentle creatures...They can be in size from anywhere between a little lizard, no bigger than a finger, to enormous...If they get rabid though, they become really dangerous...I actually had to fight one before...

CH: Wait! Really? You're just a kid...

WM: Hey! I'm not a kid! I'm twelve years-old!...But yeah...I fought one...Eventually it got annoyed enough by me attacking it that it just left...But I never felt so alive fighting it! Defending my home!

CH: Speaking of homes...I didn't even tell you which guild I'm from...[She turns around. Pulling her hair up to reveal her guild mark on the back of her neck in a bright yellow] I'm from Fairy Tail!

WM: WOW! Fairy Tail!? I hear you guys are the strongest guild in Fiore!

CH: I won't doubt it...We have a ton of wizards...Salamander...Titania...[Blushing] Laxus...

WM: Huh? Is he your boyfriend or something?

CH:[Blushing] I wish...Oh! You know what! We've been traveling around not even knowing each other's name's...My name is Chico C Hammitt! And you are?

WM: Oh, right! My name's We-

Carla:[Interrupting] There you are child! We need to go! Our carriage back to the shelter is about to leave![She grabs Wendy and all her shopping bags and began to fly out rapidly.]

CH[Running out the store] WAIT! I DIDN'T GET YOUR NAME!

WM:...
