One Way Out
You yelled at Paige, "Paige! Ezra's right behind you with a gun!"
She looks behind herself and saw Ezra. Ezra had brought his gun up and aimed it at her. He pulled the trigger and Paige's body fell to the ground like an autumn leaf. Ezra then pointed his gun at you. You raise your hands and started to reason with him.
He ignored your blabbering and said in a quiet voice, so unlike his normal self, "You shouldn't have said anything," you watch his finger squeeze the trigger.
