Extend the Story - Add a Room

After knocking politely, as usual, you enter the boss's office.
"Phil," you say,"I've been giving it some thought, and I've come to the conclusion that you just aren't that great a manager.
" "responds your boss.
"I mean, look at the way you handled the situation with Smith! It was amateurish. I think it would be best all round, if you resigned and gave me your job."
The ticking of the clock in the next room fills the air.
"Ha ha ha! Humour! I love it!" squawks Phil, winking and making a palsy gesture with his hand, "You almost got me there, you sly rogue! Now Sarah's running an errand, so mine will be white, two sugars."

Laugh with him, and go and get his coffee...
