The Rraey are given the pendulum and promise to leave the planet as soon as possible. The CDF soldiers return to the surface, attempting to find suitable colony locations. Soon however, uncountable numbers of dismembered and seemingly lifeless bodies begin surrounding them. The dead, it must be them. It was a trap, the Rraey only wanted to technology as a way to destroy the CDF permanently.. They were attacked from all sides, leaving no survivors in their wake. Soon, the entire planet was massive undead army for the Rraey to control.
