A Friend

You chase after them but lose them. Then, out of nowhere, they slam into you and you are knocked into the floor. Then they keep punching and punching, until everything goes black.

When you wake up, you are in a hospital. Good news, you're fine. Bad news, you are suspended for a month for fighting and your friend is expelled.
