Dedicating no time to dry off, Nag wraps her towel around herself and walks out of the bathhouse, where she notices a guard outside.
She then gets an idea that could ensure she isn't suspected of murdering the bitch. She walks up to the guard and explains how she came in and found the Elf dead, drowned.
The guard goes in, and having confirmed that there is a dead girl in the bath, he comes back to thank Nag for informing her. When he does, however, he considers that she is soaked in water.
She was the only one around at the scene of the crime... and she was very wet. To drown somebody, you would have to be in the bath with them, and surely this would make you wet.
He slaps irons on Nag's wrists and takes her to the prison. She is executed the next day.
