The two of you decide to go your separate ways and just get dinner some other time. You were going to ask your friend why they didn't want to have a straw with their drink, but you never got around to asking about it. You found out a year later that the United Nations released information about the World needing to change their habits before the year of 2030, because by then we wouldn't be able to reverse the damage that our actions are causing the Earth. Maybe you should have waited the fifteen minutes to get your food because then you would have discovered this news sooner. Good luck.
