Extend the Story - Add a Room

"Yeah, yeah" you are sweating under your clothes with one thought; SAVE YOURSELF! Screaming in your mind. Running a hand through your hair you nod at the woman, "I can do that. I can make a great documentary."

"We know, you will tell the world of this haunted place and they will come, we will feed," Her eyes glow in the darkness.

You don't know if you believe she's as powerful as she says, maybe you could tell them how dangerous the cemetery is and then it wouldn't be your fault, then if people were still stupid and came here you could say you warned them. But what if she's telling the truth, what if she can get to you and your family if you don't do as she asks? If she did have that kind of power then why is this place starving?

Shakily you bring up your camera and focus it on her, her grin gets bigger, unnaturally large in her face.
"Tell me how you died, how many spirits haunt this place?" You ask. An interview with a legit ghost plus the additional footage will be brilliant. Fear is still pooling in your belly and the sensation of being watched is creeping up your spine like electric ants.

Don't look back, don't look back- your brand new mantra.

"My family and I ignored the warnings, the sounds, sights and smells screaming at us to leave. We should have packed our bags in the middle of the afternoon and left, never looking back. I didn't believe in ghosts," a dry laugh slips from her throat, "I was so wrong. One by one the cemetery picked us off, in the span of a day. Finally, I wandered, screaming and crying for my husband and my children. The ground opened like a wound with teeth and swallowed me whole. The next thing I knew I was back in my house, my family surrounding me, but we were dead. Forever tied to this place and it's bidding."

Wow, holy crap, "And how many of you are there here?" You voice cracks and you look at the gate again, so close to freedom.

"Hundreds," She says.

Shutting of your camera you try to smile at her, you are afraid of her, but you also feel sorry for her.

"Can I go now?" You ask, but it's more of a plead.

She seems to consider your question, so long you worry about your fate, shaking with trepidation, sweat soaking your back.

"Yes, make our movie, but remember. We are watching you."
