Extend the Story - Add a Room

Josh sat in the main camp hall, at the councilors table. Said table was lined with other councilors of various species, though he was the only human among them. The hall was filled with chattering monster children, as well as a few human ones all waiting for the camp director to arrive.


"Hi Joshy!" Said a voice behind him. He turned and sort of half smiled when he saw it was Kayla Halfmoon, a friend of his fromschool. She was a nine foot tall werewolf girl, and wore the uniform of the councilors at Camp Wendigo. "You're a councilor too?" Josh asked. Kayla grinned and nodded "Small world, eh?" She sat next to him and pulled him close to her furry side.


Isn't it romantic, Josh? Out here in the woods, with the sun setting over the lake?" Her voice was unmistakably flirty, and Josh inwardly signed. He used to be afraid of Kayla, but now he considered her a friend. He just wished she would take the hint that was all he wanted to be.


There came a giggle, and another voice said "Okay you two, get a room." They both turned to see their old classmates, Sarah and Fay, both wearing councilor uniforms. "You guys are here too?" Josh asked "Surprised?" They said with a chuckle.


Finally, the camp director, a minotaur named Mr. Blackhorn entered the hall and stood at a podium at the front of the room, welcoming everyone. "I hppe you all had a pleasant trip here. Now then, we are going to split into three group, each one doing a different activity. After an hour or so, the groups will rotate." After splitting the children into different activity groups,the councilors were assigned to watch over each one respectively. What does Josh end up with?
