Forest
What seems to be a sea of swords and battle axes comes charging at you. The creatures have returned yet this time their number is many. Without hesistation you begin to fight. Though your enemies are more than twice your size, your sword and brute strength combined make it easy to slay them in a single swing. You are holding your ground, but the rush of combantants only swells. Unsure how much longer you can fight them off, you look around for another solution.
About four feet above you hangs a thick branch stemming from the forest. If only you could jump high enough to swing safely into the tree. You quickly devise a plan. A huge beast rushes towards you and you stick your knife in his mid torso. Immediately you jump onto the blade now supported by the dieing creatures ribs and organs. From the sword you leap into the tree and swing around just in time to grab it back before the corpse hits the ground.
Finally, you are safe. The trees provide comfort for you, yet as you lay back to relax on the solid branch you feel something strange. You begin to sink in to the tree. You attempt to push yourself up but all efforts are in vain. Your vision blurs and your chest sinks. You have become another limb on the massive tree and shall remain there for the rest of your days.
