You suspect Dr. Z could be the man who injected the sedative, but there's not enough evidence.
You escape stealthfully. You're free to continue your normal life, even if you didn't get answers.

You got the Just Passing Through ending. You might not have learned why you're there, but you're free, and that's all that matters.
