Troubled Waters
You send the two caravel that you captured in your earlier campaign in Portugal, loaded with food and water to last them a few days, to find help or just head straight to Newfoundland for help. A few of your sailors decide that this was a bad move, as you have decreased your supplies even more, with little chance of success. The captain of one of your fleet’s ships goes mad, resorting to violence. He kills three sailors before he is subdued and put to death. This plan does not seem to be going well. But hurrah! On the horizon you see two small ships quickly approaching, followed by three larger ships. Your team of Caravels succeeded in their mission and have returned with help! The large ships are loaded with food and water and other supplies needed to finish your journey. Your remaining ships arrive in Newfoundland about two months after setting sail from Cardiff. You offload all your supplies and help set up new houses and repair ships and the like. You have successfully ensured the survival of your crew and you’ve helped out the settlers of Newfoundland!
