RUN
You take down some of the manikins from their podiums and tell the kid to get on one and stay as still as possible. You get on one and wait.
A few minutes later some of the creatures make their way towards Gap Kids. They find a way into the store and are soon walking around.
This is the first time you've gotten a good look at one. They look human, but have patches of green skin randomly placed around their body. They wear human clothing, which puzzles you. Then you notice their terrifying yellow eyes. They have star shaped pupils and the rest of their eyes are blue. Their pupils are yellow.
This must've been the first time the kid has seen them close up too, because he started crying. Eventually he broke down in a fit of noise and movement. The monsters heard it and went for him. You knew this was a bad idea.
You watch in terror as they maul the poor kid alive. You couldn't watch. You run towards a monster and tackle it. You hold the kid's hand and die together.
