Your name is Anathea. You grew up in a strict household with catholic parents who believed strongly in gender roles. They told you to be pretty and wear your make-up, cross your legs, and act polite. You didn't like this at all, so you rebeled. You started watching TV, realizing how hypnotizing and charismatic those musicians on TV are. Your mom comes in and shouts out you to turn down that racket, claiming is is Devil's music. What are you listening to? [I don't consider mindless lyrics and violent screaming to be music, so metal is not listed here. Sorry. :/ I don't like indie either, but let's face it.. That kinda the closest we have to rock now days.]
