Extend the Story - Add a Room

Well, what choice do you have. You are feeling worse by the minute, and this figure might really be a doctor. You follow it, its hips and back moving a little too fluidly. You hear other cries, sobs, and oddly singing from a long way off.
It ushers you into the room, which is less foggy than the hall, one that oddly smells of fruit. The room is dimly lit. With a boneless wave of the arm, the doctor indicates for you to lie down on the examining table.
"Now... what sssseemsss to be the matter?" asked as it turns toward you, one hand on the knob of the slowly closing door, and now you catch a better view of the head, if not the face, and suddenly have the urge to throw up.
