Extend the Story - Add a Room

The letter says that you have to pick up your tickets and hotel vouchers from an office in town. Dammit, you think, they close at five and it's 4.00 now. You're going to have to get a taxi there if you want to make it on time. Your flight leaves tomorrow, after all. At 4.37 you're paying your taxi driver, who is struggling to get you the right change. "Never mind!" you call behind you, "Keep the change". Making your way up to the front desk, you ask the receptionist which floor the office you need is on. He is on a phone call and gestures at you to wait. What do you do?
