Random Story by grayscavenger
You swallow thickly, your feet standing firm you take aim for the creatures heart, if you couldn't slow it down after several random shots you had to find a way to kill it in one.

Back pressed against the cold damp wall you, lift the barrel of your gun into view, the moonlight showing off the clean sliver before you steady your breathing with perfect control and shoot.

The sound cuts through the night like a knife, the gun shot and the wild scream that follows.

More metallic scented blood spurts out and covers you of the beast as it falls backwards legged-hands reaching for the wound thrashing screaming in agony.

You fall back against the bricked walls in relief, hands still shaking as you close your eyes waiting for the beast to die.

You didn't dare risk moving around it while it was still alive...

But what should you do now that it's dead?
Run home and take a shower, blood stinks.
