If I Was A Super-Hero by KingMalice
You quickly decide that, you have Superpowers, what could he possibly do to harm you? Hastily you continue to walk with Steve, who continues to run his mouth about the girl he likes, he begins to claim that she's the only girl in the world that he's ever going to love. However, in reality, he says that about every girl with those curves on their bodies and cute, pert eyes. You smirk to yourself, but continue to listen in, you know he takes things rather personally.

"..Anyway, well...This time it's for real dude. I think I really..Like her."
He smiles, then you chuckle out loud.
"Dude. You say that every time. Yeah, I gotta admit, she is pretty hot, look at those legs--You ever seen that body?"

Suddenly, Steve clutches his head, and leans against the nearby wall. "Shit!" He cries. He begins to groan, "my head dude! Fuck! Is this part of your fucking tricks!?"

You're not doing anything, you can't cause migraines, only alter your victim's thoughts and read them, which isn't actually as simple as it sounds. You re-enact all the events of their lives in your mind, if they encounter pain, you encounter even more.

"No, dude, it's something else--FUCK!"
You yell, you instinctively look behind you..The man has disappeared...

You hear a slight thump, immediately, you turn to Steve...

...Who lay face down on the ground.

You curse underneath your breath, 'What the hell just happened to him!?' You think. "Steve! Are you...?" Your voice fades away, as you already know, that he is not in fact Ok. You crouch down beside him, searching for some kind of pulse.

You begin to break a sweat.

Is he alive?

'It's all my fault!' You cry in your mind.

In despair, you attempt to face the fact.

Steve is dead.
Run.
