Your window gives you a picturesque view of the peaceful world you live in: the sun casts a warm, sleepy glow over Elwynn Forest this morning, the thicker canopies that the trees form shattering thick bars of light so that it seems as if the forest floor is covered in tiny shards of the sun itself. Outside your home, just a few minutes' walk away, the residents of Goldshire are preparing to face the new day: merchants are setting up at their stalls and the sound of hooves on cobblestone rings out clearly. You would expect to hear birds even over all the sounds of the awakening town, but it's easier to listen for the far-away howls of a wolf pack calling to each other.

Of course, that's all disregarding the venerable ruckus downstairs which also, unfortunately, happens to be a part of the quiet forest life for you. Your family, the Prices, aren't necessarily rich or famous, but you're good, down-to-earth people, and your neighbours in the town of Goldshire would agree. Though that topic is often brought up for debate by your mother whenever you or your siblings have erred, it is true for the most part.

Speaking of siblings... The door to your room slowly opened with a nigh painful creak, revealing one sturdy arm holding it firmly open; and beyond that, the brown eyes, mess of gold hair and unabashed face of Blake, your elder brother. He presses a hand to his head dramatically at first, then simply cracks an amused smile at the sight of you still in bed.

"Up you get, James," he snickered, obviously enjoying his self-awarded right to order you around. "Or did you forget you were supposed to come buy food with me this morning? Mother'll throw a fit if we don't hurry."

He folds his arms and taps his foot as he allows you minimal time to throw on some clothes. You don't really look like siblings when you're spotted together. Despite your spending most of the time in the warm forest, you've somehow managed to remain fairly pale. Furthermore, you have brown hair and blue eyes - like your father. You're the only child to have inherited both in your family, but something so trivial doesn't get too much notice.

When you're up and dressed, it occurs to you exactly why you'd slept in. You were up till late chopping firewood with Edward - another of your brothers, and a Stormwind Guard - per Mother's request. So doesn't it just seem outright unfair of her to make you work late then wake early?

On top of that, your stomach rumbles. You haven't even eaten yet.
Go with Blake into Goldshire and buy groceries. You don't feel like causing trouble.
