Extend the Story - Add a Room

most your life you were ordinary until your 22nd birthday where weird dreams began to fill most your nights. in most of them everything is moving extremely fast every plant and animal is created grows up then grows old and withers to dust. you don't know why but the thought of dieing never crossed your mind. in fact you feel no empathy for those who have died. on your 22nd birthday your old teacher invited you back to the orphanage you were raised in. while on your way there you witness a hit and run, a blue car hit a homeless man. you rush to his side at a jogging pace and you are standing over him when you feel different. you get a sixth sence that he is about to die but you feel coldly ok about that and might even enjoy it you look down too see him cursing as he spits up blood and you think is it really wrong, would it be murder or easing his suffering, if i just put my hand over his mouth, or is this just insane.
